CYPRAEA delivers throughout Europe and the Indian Ocean!
Our deliveries take between 7 and 21 days, depending on the address where your items are sent. Occasional delays due to customs may occur.

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties or import taxes may apply. When required, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested upon delivery or after receipt of the order.
As these charges are set by local authorities, CYPRAEA unfortunately has no control over their amount and cannot estimate their cost in advance.

The returns
We accept returns of items within 14 days, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Returns are at your expense, with the carrier of your choice, directly to one of the following addresses (excluding pickup points):

Upon receipt and verification of your item, we will process a full refund for the product (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 business days.
Before any return, it is necessary to complete the attached return form.
