CYPRAEA offers free delivery to Dubai, France, Reunion Island, Mauritius, South Africa, and Belgium.
Our deliveries via DHL and air freight take less than a week for our clothing items, and 20 days for bags, depending on the delivery address. Occasional delays due to customs may occur.

Returns
We accept returns of items within 14 days, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Returns are to be made at your expense, with the carrier of your choice, directly to one of the following addresses (excluding relay points):

Upon receipt and verification of your item, we will process a full refund for the product (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 business days.
Maintenance
To preserve the beauty of your knitwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild soap. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight, and avoid using a tumble dryer. Accessories made from natural materials, such as mother-of-pearl or horn, require special attention: avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals to preserve their shine over time.
Regarding our bags, raffia is a natural material that does not like humidity. Keep the bag very dry and, if it gets wet, let it dry in the sun before storing it.
